Additionally, Eric serves as Co-Owner and CEO of Saloniki Greek and is a Partner at 116 Boylston St. LLP. Previously, Eric held key positions such as Managing Partner at Dine Theory, LLC and Team Lead in Financial Planning and Analysis at Ropes & Gray LLP. Eric's academic background includes a Master’s in Finance from Northeastern University and an MBA in International Business from Suffolk University.
