Gilmar Silva

Gilmar Silva, MBA, CSM has extensive experience as a senior project manager, agile master, team lead, and project manager in various companies. Gilmar has worked at Porto as a Senior Project Manager/Agile Master/Team Lead since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at INEX as a Senior Project Manager from 2020 to 2022, managing IT projects for the development and integration of credit card systems. Gilmar also worked at Resource IT Solutions as a Senior Project Manager from 2019 to 2020, managing the implementation of the PLM system for Natura Cosmética. Before that, they held the role of Corporate Project Manager at Porto Seguro from 2017 to 2019, managing large-scale and complex projects. Gilmar also worked as a Project Manager at Noorden Group/Porto Seguro from 2015 to 2017, where they managed various IT projects, including infrastructure and software development. Additionally, Gilmar has experience as a Project Manager at Vision-Box, Unify, Nextel Telecomunicações, and Siemens Enterprise Communications, where they managed implementation projects for voice and data solutions and ensured customer satisfaction. Gilmar holds an MBA and CSM certification.

Gilmar Silva has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Project Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, which they obtained from 2012 to 2015. Gilmar also pursued a course on Gerenciamento do Escopo de Projetos at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas for the year 2011. In addition, they completed a course on Gerenciamento de Projetos at Project Lab in 2010. Prior to their MBA, Gilmar Silva obtained a Tecnólogo em Sistemas de Informação degree in Sistemas de Informações from Faculdade de Tecnologia das Américas, which they took from 2005 to 2007. Gilmar has also obtained several certifications, including Kanban Foundation from Kanban Institute in September 2020 and Survey Contributor of The Agile Adoption Report 2021 from CertiProf in June 2021.
