Josiane Paz

Josiane Paz is currently the IT Senior Manager at Porto Seguro, leading development teams for the Customer Service business vertical. Prior to this role, Josiane worked at Vivo and Tim Brasil in various IT management positions. At Vivo, they led critical projects in online charging and digital transformation, while at Tim Brasil, they managed infrastructure and customer projects. With a background in network and firewall technologies, Josiane also worked at Atento Brasil as an IT Coordinator. Josiane holds a Master of Business Administration from FGV, along with other specialized degrees in IT and English language education.
