Nelson Ramos Junior

Nelson Ramos Junior has extensive experience in support and automation roles, currently serving as a Senior Backup Support Analyst at Porto since March 2008, where key responsibilities include managing backup environments, level 3 support for requests and incidents, and routine configuration for various operating systems and databases. Prior to this, Nelson held the position of Computer Operator at AASP from September 1994 to December 2007, contributing to process automation projects, managing legal process distribution, and training new team members while ensuring quality control and ISO management. Nelson holds a degree in Information Systems from Uninove - Universidade Nove de Julho and a degree in Human Resources Management from Universidade Paulista.
