Matthew Way is an accomplished supply chain and operations leader with extensive experience spanning over three decades in both military and civilian sectors. Currently serving as Director of Supply Chain and Operations at Porton Biopharma Ltd since January 2023, Matthew previously held senior roles at Tanner Pharma Group, including Senior Vice President of Supply Chain & Logistics and Global Supply Chain Director. Prior positions include Head of Logistics - Asia Pacific at Genuine Parts Company and Supply Chain Manager at Coles. Matthew's military background encompasses significant expertise gained from various supply chain and logistics roles within the Australian and British Armies. Holding an MBA from UNSW, Matthew specializes in supply chain operations management, international procurement, contract management, and leadership development.
