Edith Castillo is an experienced cake decorator and pastry cook with a diverse background in the culinary industry. Currently, Edith has been working at Porto's Bakery & Cafe since June 2016. Prior roles include positions as a pastry cook at Fig and Olive from 2015 to 2016 and at Universal Studios Hollywood from 2012 to 2015. Edith's culinary education includes an Associate of Arts degree from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts-Pasadena. Early education was completed at Garey High School and Ontario High School.
