William McCartney has extensive experience in restaurant management, currently serving as the Restaurant Manager at Porto's Bakery & Cafe since October 2020, where responsibilities include overseeing all restaurant operations. Previously, William held the position of General Manager at Yard House from August 2008 to September 2020, and served as Assistant General Manager at Claim Jumper Restaurants from January 2001 to August 2008. William also worked as Assistant General Manager at Gringos Latin from January 1999 to January 2001, and began a career in management as Manager/AGM at Rappongi & Sammy's Woodfired Pizza between January 1997 and January 1999. Throughout this career, William has developed a strong foundation in operations management within the restaurant industry.
