Mariela Martinez

Mariela Martinez is a Med Spa Manager who has worked for milk + honey since October 2020. Mariela has been instrumental in creating and maintaining compliance as it relates to HIPAA, OSHA, as well as all internally developed protocols including the roll out of our new EMR Zenoti. Mariela has also helped coach staff to provide consistent med spa information to ensure our reservationist and concierges have the tools they need to properly schedule services.

In addition, Mariela has helped to develop new processes, procedures and roles as needed in our medical spa department. Mariela has also worked closely with our procurement manager to insure that our inventory levels are maintained including collaborating with our reps to insure we're hitting tiers and ordering during promotions. Mariela has managed all of our med spa employees including reviews, disciplinary actions and monthly sales goals for each med spa location. Mariela has determined schedules for our medical staff including working with them on vacation coverage, optimizing schedules to maximize revenue and more.

Mariela has also worked 1:1 with our marketing director and created our Q1-Q4 events, promotions and events for all med spa locations. Mariela has launched multiple lines such as our medical skin care line and new medical procedures. Mariela has also worked closely with our Director of finance to create a medical spa budget and met on a monthly basis to make sure we're on track. Finally, Mariela created
