James Poynter

James Poynter holds the position of Vice President of Transportation at Ports Petroleum Company, Inc. since July 2018. Prior to this role, James had an extensive tenure at Bosselman Enterprises, where responsibilities included Director of Petroleum and various managerial roles within the Fuel Division, Treasury, and Credit Analysis from February 2011 to July 2018. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Treasury Analyst at First Comp Insurance/Markel from May 2006 to February 2011. James earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from the University of Nebraska at Kearney between 2001 and 2005.
