Tim McCallum has a diverse work experience spanning a variety of roles in project management and business analysis. Tim began their career as a Consultant at SPL Worldgroup, where they worked on projects as a business analyst, developer, and tester. Tim then joined the Transport Ticketing Authority as a Senior Business Analyst, where they played a key role in the development of a public transport smart card project. After that, they worked at the Port of Melbourne as a Project Manager and Senior Business Analyst, focusing on the development and implementation of business continuity management systems. Tim then moved on to the Victorian Ports Corporation (Melbourne) as a Senior Project Manager and Senior Business Analyst. Currently, they are employed at Ports Victoria as a PMO Lead and Senior Project Manager, responsible for leading the Project Management Office and overseeing the delivery of strategic projects. Throughout their career, Tim has consistently demonstrated their ability to effectively manage projects, adhere to project management methodologies, and deliver successful outcomes.

Tim McCallum obtained their Bachelor's degree in Information Management and Systems from Monash University from 1997 to 2000. In 2006 to 2007, they completed a Post Graduate Certificate in Applied Finance and Investment from FINISIA - Securities Institute Australia. In 2008, they earned a Foundation Certificate in Prince2 from Monash Professional. Tim obtained a Certificate in Business Continuity Management Principles and Good Practice from the Business Continuity Institute in 2014. Lastly, in 2013, they acquired a PCI Practitioner Certificate in People Centered Implementation from Changefirst.
