Vipin Yadav

Vipin Yadav is a VTS Officer at Ports Victoria since April 2022, with prior experience as a Technical Procurement Officer at OSS Maritime Group from August 2018 to August 2020, where responsibilities included managing the procurement process for marine spares and stores.
