Nicole Haight

Nicole Haight serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Portside since May 2024. Previously, Nicole held roles as Chief People Officer and Vice President of Human Resources at Spiffy — On-Demand Car Care from October 2021 to April 2024, and as Manager of People + Culture at Teamworks from February 2020 to October 2021. Early career experiences include roles at Get Spiffy, Inc. as an Account Manager, at CiBO Technologies as a Senior Associate in People + Operations, at Rapid7 as a Customer Success Representative, and at Square 1 Bank in various positions up to Assistant Vice President of Trade Finance. Nicole's foundational experience began at Hudson Valley Federal Credit Union with progressive roles from Branch Service Representative to Supervisor. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Berkeley College and an Associate's degree in Business Administration from Dutchess Community College.
