Yevgen Shamro

Yevgen Shamro has a diverse work experience in the IT field. From 2022 to present, they have been a Senior Technical Support Specialist at Portside. From 2018 to present, they have been the Head of Technical Support for Distribution Centers and Regional Technical Support at TEMABIT Software Development, where they also served as Team Lead of Technical Support for Distribution Centers and Regional Technical Support and Senior Engineer of Technical Support from 2018 to 2021, and IT Help Desk from 2018 to 2020. From 2016 to 2018, they were a System Administrator at Abris. From 2018 to 2020, they were a G.O.L.D. Administrator at Fozzy Group. From 2017 to 2018, they were an IT System Administrator at lifecell Ukraine.

Yevgen Shamro completed a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Foreign Policy from Kyiv Slavonic University between 2010 and 2014. Yevgen then attended Cisco Networking Academy from 2014 to 2016, receiving a CCNA in Network technologies and routing. Yevgen also attended itstep from 2014 to 2016, studying Network and System Administration/Administrator. In 2021, they completed a course in ITIL Human Resource Management.
