Claire Bartlett has over two decades of experience in communications and public relations. Currently serving as a Senior Internal Communications and Change Officer at Portsmouth City Council, Claire has also held various senior communication roles at Hampshire and Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue Service and Hampshire County Council. With a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations from Leeds Beckett University, Claire has extensive experience in media management, marketing, and team leadership within the public sector.
