Debbie Young

Debbie Young is the Head of Service Adults' Quality & Performance at Portsmouth City Council. Prior to this, Debbie served as the Regional Programme Lead - South East ADASS at the Association of Directors of Adult Social Services. Debbie also has extensive experience in contract management and procurement in adult social care services at various councils, including West Sussex County Council and Dorset County Council. Debbie holds a Graduate Diploma in Purchasing and Supply, along with other related educational qualifications.
