Neil Reed

Neil Reed is currently employed as a Senior Highway Design Engineer at Portsmouth City Council. Prior to this role, Neil has worked in various engineering roles at companies such as ETM Contractors, Kier Construction Corporation, Inc., Bristol City Engineering Practice, and Capita Symonds. Neil's expertise lies in highway design and Neil has worked on projects such as conservation improvements, roundabout enhancements, and recycling centers. Neil holds a HNC in Civil Engineering from the University of the West of England.
