David Riccio

David brings over 35 years of financial management experience to PCG in both the private and public sectors, focusing on work- flow efficiencies, financial reporting and budgetary preparation/analysis. His diverse experience in financial services, manufacturing and public sector operations will provide him with a unique understanding of our client businesses/operations and enhance his ability to engage with each client regarding their client agreements and relationship with PCG. His development of Strategic and Tactical business plans for Insilco Corporation and various public entities will provide PCG with a basis to build their business and address the requirements of their client as we move forward in an ever-changing business environment.
