JOB SUMMARY 

We’re seeking a passionate Deputy Marketing Manager to drive the execution of global marketing programs. This is an incredible opportunity to join a rapidly expanding Irish company, headquartered in the beautiful West of Ireland.

This role will be on-site for the first six months to support onboarding, training, and team collaboration. After this period, a hybrid working arrangement will be available. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Assist in executing global product marketing strategies and programs, including the creation of essential print materials.

  • Coordinate photography and videography for global campaigns, ensuring high-quality content.

  • Oversee project management and content development for print materials to meet deadlines and objectives.

  • Manage the new product introduction process, incorporating quality control measures to ensure excellence.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships across teams, coordinating cross-functional activities to deliver assets on time.

  • Maintain and update product information databases and the digital asset management system.

  • Represent the company at internal and external events, providing support as required.

  • Analyse and report on marketing activities, making tactical recommendations to optimize future campaigns.

  • Perform additional tasks as needed to support departmental and company objectives.

REQUIREMENTS 

  • 3–5 years of experience in a similar marketing role.

  • Relevant third-level degree and/or professional marketing qualification.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, along with excellent written, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.

  • A collaborative team player who works effectively within the marketing department and across wider teams.

  • Meticulous attention to detail and a proven ability to create engaging, high-quality content.
