Oscar Bustos

Oscar Bustos has extensive experience in software project management, currently serving as the Director de Proyectos de Software at Porvenir since September 2007. In this role, Oscar oversees comprehensive software project management, including design, architecture, development, testing, and resource management. Prior experience includes positions as Jefe de Proyectos de Software and Analista de Desarrollo at Porvenir, as well as an Analista de Desarrollo at A Toda Hora S.A. Oscar holds a degree in Ingeniero de Sistemas from Universidad Católica de Colombia and has pursued various executive education courses, including Cybersecurity and Digital Transformation Architecture from Universidad de Los Andes, alongside certifications in project management and ITIL.
