Christopher Dephillips

Christopher DePhillips has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Legislative Assistant and Assistant to Press Secretary for U.S. House Representative Marge S. Roukema from 1987 to 1989. Christopher then worked as a Principal at Porzio Bromberg & Newman P.C. from 1992 to 2013, where they focused on litigation matters. After that, they served as Vice President and General Counsel at Porzio Governmental Affairs, LLC from 2006 to 2013. From 2013 to 2016, they were a Director in the Products Liability Department at Gibbons P.C. In 2016, they joined Porzio Bromberg & Newman P.C. as Of Counsel, focusing on products liability, toxic tort, and commercial litigation matters. Additionally, they held positions at Porzio Life Sciences, LLC as Deputy General Counsel and Director of Compliance from 2016 to 2018, Vice President, Administration & General Counsel from 2018 to 2021, and most recently as Senior Vice President, Chief Operating Officer & General Counsel from 2021.

Christopher DePhillips attended Bergen Catholic High School from 1979 to 1983. Christopher then proceeded to Georgetown University from 1983 to 1987 and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government-Comparative Politics, with a minor in Philosophy. In 1985 and 1986, they participated in an exchange program at the University of Essex, where they studied European and Soviet Politics. Christopher later pursued a law degree at Seton Hall University School of Law from 1989 to 1992, obtaining a J.D. in Law.
