Syamsu Rijal

Syamsu Rijal has extensive experience in the field of IT performance and quality assurance, currently serving at PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) since January 2014. Key responsibilities include overseeing performance management and quality assurance, along with significant contributions to numerous strategic projects, particularly in 2016 related to organizational design and information technology governance. Prior to this role, Syamsu worked as an IT consultant at PT IMT-MS and as a research assistant at PT Telkom RDC. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Risk Management from Universitas Padjadjaran and a Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Institut Teknologi Telkom. Syamsu has also completed training in COBIT 5, IT Service Management (ITIL), and ISO 27001, enhancing expertise in IT governance and risk management.
