Arbaayah Ibrahim

Arbaayah Ibrahim is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in project management, quality assurance, and service management. Currently serving as a Senior Information Technology Project Manager and Lead for Quality Assurance and Governance at Pos Malaysia Berhad since August 2018, Arbaayah specializes in IT Service Management and compliance with ITIL processes. Previous roles at Pos Malaysia include Service Quality Analyst, and before that, a decade of impactful contributions at Utusan Melayu (M) Bhd in various leadership positions overseeing server and storage technologies, online support, and network infrastructure. Arbaayah's educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia and a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from Northern University of Malaysia.
