Adele Therias

Adele Therias is an experienced GIS specialist with a background in urban design and strategic planning, currently working at PosadMaxwan strategy x design since December 2023. With a passion for collaborative community engagement, Adele serves as a Co-operation Ambassador and Co-Founder of Neighbour Lab, focusing on building neighbourhood resilience through design and shared public infrastructure. Past roles include a geospatial intern at Arup, where analytical workflows for biodiversity were developed, and collaborations with Meridia for an MSc thesis involving machine learning for cocoa detection. Education includes a Master of Science in Geomatics for the Built Environment from Delft University of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Geography with a minor in Urban Studies from The University of British Columbia.
