Mary Scarborough

Mary Scarborough has been working in the business and marketing industry since 1990. Mary began their career as a Senior Marketing Manager at Bell Atlantic in 1990. In 1999, they became a Marketing Consultant at Verizon and co-founded the successful CLEC CloseCall America, where they served as VP Marketing. From 2003 to 2021, they worked as VP Marketing and Customer Care at Cavalier Telephone. In 2021, they joined POSDATA Group, Inc. as an Executive Coach & Marketing Consultant. Since 2004, Mary has been the President of Strategic Marketing Advisors, LLC. Mary has also co-authored three published (Entrepreneur Press) business/marketing books and served as a certified Guerrilla Marketing coach.

Mary Scarborough received their Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Journalism from the University of Maryland. Mary then went on to receive their Master of Science in Business and Marketing Research from The Johns Hopkins University in 2001.
