Prakash Malla

Prakash Malla, P.E. is an experienced estimator with a strong background in civil engineering and infrastructure projects. Currently serving as Lead/Senior Estimator at Posillico Civil, Inc. since May 2023, responsibilities include conducting market research and providing project recommendations for heavy civil bids. Previous roles include Senior Estimator at Triple B Services, L.L.P., where Malla focused on roadway and infrastructure projects for TxDOT and various municipalities, and Senior Estimator positions at OHL North America and Webber, managing large-scale highway projects. Malla’s career also includes building estimating expertise at Teichert Construction, specializing in roadway projects for Caltrans and other authorities.
