Elisa Gladu

Elisa Gladu is an experienced sales operations and marketing professional with a diverse background in managing operations and event sponsorships. Currently serving as Sales Operations Manager at Posit PBC since February 2019, Elisa has held various roles, including Systems & Deal Operations Lead and Senior Sales Operations Specialist. Prior experience at Spiceworks included creating comprehensive event sponsorship experiences for over 100 tech brands, significantly improving recruitment marketing programs, and coordinating numerous meetups and webinars. Earlier roles at Associa involved supporting HOA management and developing training resources, while an internship at The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society provided foundational marketing experience. Elisa holds a BS in Communication Studies with a focus on Human Relations from The University of Texas at Austin.
