Senior Executive Assistant to the CEO and Board Liaison at Positive Coaching Alliance

Carrie Hall has a diverse and extensive work experience. Carrie is currently working at Positive Coaching Alliance as a Senior Executive Assistant to the CEO and Board Liaison. Prior to that, they were the Director of Administration and Operations at The Mills Institute. Carrie also worked as a Special Assistant to the President & CEO at the National September 11 Memorial and Museum at the World Trade Center.

Before their current roles, Carrie held several positions at Mills College, including Senior Executive Assistant and Board Secretary in the Office of the President. In this role, they partnered closely with the College president and executive leadership team on various cross-divisional and executive initiatives. Carrie also managed executive communications and supported the College's philanthropic initiatives. Additionally, they previously served as Executive Assistant and Board Secretary, Executive Assistant and Assistant Board Secretary, and Executive Assistant and Insurance Manager in the Office of the President and the Office of the VP for Finance & Administration/Treasurer at Mills College.

Carrie was also a founding board member and Secretary to the Board of Directors at Achievement U, a nonprofit organization focused on providing opportunities for inner-city students to encounter successful role models.

Earlier in their career, they worked as an Executive Assistant to the Founder and CEO at Joe Blasco Cosmetics, where they contributed to the success of the company's makeup artistry education and cosmetics products.

Carrie Hall's education history begins with their graduation from Bullard High School in Fresno, CA in 1993. Following this, they furthered their studies at The Institutes, where they earned an Associate in Risk Management degree from 2009 to 2010. In 2010, they also obtained the Associate in Risk Management (ARM) designation from the Insurance Educational Association. Later, in 2011 and 2012, Carrie attended Tante Marie's Cooking School, where they obtained a Professional Pastry Chef Certificate and specialized in Baking and Pastry Arts/Baker/Pastry Chef.
