Randy Youngling

Randy Youngling has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Randy started their career in 2011 as a Program Manager/Dean of Education and Counseling at Chad's Hope, where they facilitated the daily operations and provided guidance for the educational and counseling aspects of the residential recovery center. In 2014, Randy joined WoodsEdge Community Church as a Pastor of Adult Disciple-Making Ministries, overseeing adult ministries and providing counseling and spiritual guidance. In 2010, they joined Positive Coaching Alliance as a Trainer, conducting workshops and consulting with youth sports organizations and individuals to promote positive and character-building experiences in sports. Randy later became a Partnerships Manager at the same company. In 2023, Randy took on the role of Program Director at Grace Center for Spiritual Development, and shortly after that, they joined Highland Country Fellowship as a Community Life Pastor. Randy's work experience showcases their passion for making disciples, providing counseling, and promoting positive experiences in various settings.
