Tory D. Coats

Tory D. Coats is an experienced professional with a focus on empowering at-risk youth and fostering community relationships. Currently serving as a Relationship Manager at Cleveland Neighborhood Progress since July 2022, Tory also holds the position of Director of Career Readiness at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Northeast Ohio since April 2018. As the Founder and President of Teen Enterprise, established in November 2008, Tory leads initiatives aimed at teaching entrepreneurial skills through experiential learning. In addition, Tory has been a Case Manager for Positive Education Program (PEP Connections) since May 2008, utilizing a collaborative approach to support youth and families in achieving greater independence. Tory holds an MBA from John Carroll University and a bachelor's degree from Kent State University, completed between 1996 and 2001.
