Colleen Guerriero is the Founder and Chief Culture Officer of A Joyful Career Consulting, established in March 2023, focusing on enhancing workplace environments to enable employees to thrive while achieving company goals. As a Mental Fitness Coach with Positive Intelligence since December 2023, Colleen aids individuals in overcoming personal barriers to performance and well-being. Colleen's extensive experience at Verizon Business spanned over two decades, where roles included Senior Manager of Global Talent Strategy, Senior Manager of Solutions Architecture, and leading teams as a Sales Engineering Manager. Colleen holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Grand Canyon University and a Bachelor’s degree in Telecom Management from DeVry, along with various certifications in leadership and IT.
