Jennifer Marcou is the Founder and CEO of Marcou Coaching, established in March 2020, where coaching services focus on empowering women, people of color, and introverts in corporate environments to discover their authentic leadership styles, enhance their skills for promotion, boost their confidence in management, and achieve work/life balance. Prior to this, Marcou had an extensive career at Microsoft from October 2009 to March 2020, serving in various leadership roles including General Manager of Relationship Marketing and Privacy, where oversight included a team of 60 and a focus on marketing strategies for commercial products. Additionally, Marcou held significant positions at American Express from 1992 to 2009, such as Vice President of New Product Development, playing a key role in innovation and marketing strategies. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Marketing from NYU Stern School of Business and a BS in Biology from Georgetown University, alongside completion of a Group and Team Coach/Facilitator Program at SeattleCoach.
