Katerina Georgieva

Katerina Georgieva, PCC, is an experienced leadership and wellbeing coach currently serving as a Change & Transition Coach at Immersive Leadership Catalyst (ILC) International and a PQ Coach at Positive Intelligence. With a coaching practice established since November 2016, Katerina specializes in helping leaders navigate transitions and changes effectively. Previous roles include Senior Manager for People and Culture at KPMG IT Service OOD, People Development Lead at VMware, and HR Assistant at Shell Bulgaria. Katerina has also contributed to the International Coach Federation (ICF) Bulgaria as a Management Board Member, directing professional development initiatives. Katerina holds PCC credentials from ICF and has a degree from New Bulgarian University, complemented by early education at the French Language High School «Alphonse de Lamartine».
