Patty Franco, CPC, is an experienced executive leadership coach and mental fitness professional, currently serving as a Positive Intelligence PQ Coach at Positive Intelligence since August 2021. Throughout a diverse career, Patty has held significant leadership roles, including Vice President at Learning Dynamics, where responsibilities include coaching and consulting on people-focused initiatives, and Owner of Elements Massage®, which was established to leverage strengths in a people-centric business. With earlier experience as an Independent Sales Director at Mary Kay Global and Manager of Organizational Development at Pfizer, Patty has effectively driven talent strategies, performance management, and leadership development. Patty holds a Certificate in Professional Coaching from iPEC Coaching, a Master’s in Adult Education from Temple University, and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Pace University.
