Pattie Craumer

Pattie Craumer has a diverse work history with experience in various industries. Pattie founded The Mosaic Effect in 2017, where they help small business owners and entrepreneurs align their unique talents with their work. In 2016, they served as the National President of Positive Prime. Pattie worked as a Reference and Instruction Librarian at HACC, Central Pennsylvania's Community College from 2014 to 2022. At Vyvo, they served as a Global Leader from 2017 to 2020, focusing on advancing distribution for wearable health and wellness technology. Pattie was a Life Mastery Consultant at Life SOULutions from 2011 to 2017. In 2010, they provided sales and marketing support to Eighth Wonder, LLC, a fair trade company. From 2002 to 2009, they were the President of Olive Branch Enterprises, LLC. In the 1990s, they held managerial positions at Silver Platter Information and Ameritech Library Services, where they focused on developing databases and launching innovative services. Lastly, they launched the North American operations of Data-Star at Knight Ridder Information in the late 1980s and received the Employee of the Year Award.

Pattie Craumer has a BA in French and Education from Bucknell University, an MBA in International Management and Marketing, Global Communications, Economics, and Accounting from Thunderbird School of Global Management, and an MLIS in Library and Information Science from the University of Pittsburgh. Pattie also holds a certification as a Certified Life Mastery Consultant and Dream Builder Coach from Brave Thinking Institute.
