Emma Whatling

Emma Whatling possesses a diverse background in supporting individuals, particularly in special educational needs and autism. Currently serving as a Behaviour Technician at Positive Support Group since August 2023, Emma previously worked as an Autism Behaviour Team Practitioner at Autism East Midlands from May 2022 to August 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a Teaching Assistant and Learning Support Assistant at Addington School from February 2017 to February 2022, and as a Customer Service Advisor at Mothercare from September 2013 to July 2015. Emma began a professional journey in retail as a Sales Assistant at Notcutts Garden Centre from April 2011 to August 2013. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Linguistics from Anglia Ruskin University and a Level 2 Diploma in SEN from New Skills Academy, which has been pursued since 2017. Emma's foundational education was completed at Arthur Mellows Village College from 2005 to 2012.
