Stephanie Ryan

Stephanie Ryan possesses extensive experience in supporting individuals with special educational needs and complex behavioral challenges. Currently serving as a Behaviour Technician at Positive Behaviour Support Consultancy since May 2022, Stephanie previously worked as a Communication and Interaction Adviser for the London Borough of Havering. This role involved assisting SEN children in mainstream schools. Stephanie's background includes serving as Deputy Manager and Keyworker for the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham, where focus was on delivering educational and life skills programs for students with autism. Stephanie's earlier positions include support roles within specialist services addressing complex needs and mental health, alongside academic achievements with an MSc in Psychology from the University of Hertfordshire and a BA in Psychological Studies and English from the University of Galway.
