Lam Cao's work experience includes various roles in different companies. Lam Cao worked as a Product Owner Lead at Positive Thinking Company APAC starting in February 2023. Prior to that, Lam Cao worked as a Senior Product Owner at Positive Thinking Company from February 2021 to March 2023. Lam Cao also had experience as a Product Owner/Senior Business Analyst at Contemi Vietnam from July 2018 to February 2021. Before that, Lam Cao worked as a Business Analyst Team Lead at Nhật Cường Software from April 2013 to May 2018. Lam Cao started the professional career as a Developer at CÔNG TY CỔ PHẦN ĐẦU TƯ THỂ GIẢI DI ĐỘNG from March 2011 to March 2013.

Lam Cao obtained a Master's degree in Computer from Đại học Bách Khoa Tp Hồ Chí Minh in 2013. In July 2021, Lam also received a certification as a Professional Scrum Product Owner II from Scrum.org.
