Lam Nguyen Hoang has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Lam began their career as an IT Staff at VPBank in 1994, and then moved on to become an IT Manager at Dai Nam Bank from 1995 to 1997. Lam then joined Lac Viet Computing, where they held various positions including Team Leader, Project Manager, Process and Quality Manager, and SEPG Head. In these roles, they were responsible for software process improvement, quality management, and process analysis. Lam also played a crucial role in the establishment and maintenance of the Software Process Improvement Plan. In 2012, Lam joined Positive Thinking Company APAC as a Process/Tool Manager, where they focused on process design and implementation, management/collaboration tools, and information security management. Lam was later promoted to Senior Process Manager and Process Director APAC, where they provided consultation and developed solutions for business process improvement and automation. Throughout their career, Lam has demonstrated a strong understanding of process improvement methodologies and a dedication to improving efficiency and quality.

Lam Nguyen Hoang holds a degree in Industrial Electronics Technology from HCMC University of Technology and Education. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications including Professional Scrum Masters I from SCRUM.ORG in August 2012, ITIL Foundation Certification in IT Service Management from ITIL & APM Group in December 2011, and Internal Quality Auditor for ISO 9001 from Consulting & Training Company (CTC) in September 2003. They also have a certification in Atlassian Certified in Jira Project Administration, although the obtained month and year for this certification is not specified.
