Sebastian Hertli

Sebastian Hertli is an experienced engineering and operations professional with over two decades in various leadership roles within the manufacturing and engineering sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Manufacturing Engineering at Mettler-Toledo International, Inc. since February 2019, Sebastian previously held positions such as Senior Manager of Engineering, Facility & EHS at Edwards Lifesciences and Director of Operations and Manufacturing Engineering at Bruker Life Science and Clinical. With a strong background in production, supply chain management, and engineering transformations, Sebastian played a key role in transitioning Bruker’s Billerica factory to a certified medical facility. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from HSR Hochschule für Technik Rapperswil. Notably, Sebastian also undertook a sabbatical traveling across the Americas with family prior to joining Edwards Lifesciences.
