Ray Sutton

Ray Sutton has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Ray started their career in 1984 as a Member Of Technical Staff at TRW. From there, they became an Independent Consultant, working as a Signal Processing Engineer. Ray then co-founded Semaphore Inc., where they served as the VP of Engineering and was responsible for hardware and software designs, project management, and algorithm development. In 1992, Ray joined PairGain Technologies and held multiple roles, including Director of Engineering, Senior Engineer, Project Manager, and International Product Manager. Ray played a crucial role in the company's growth from a startup to a successful public company. In 2000, Ray joined Calix Networks, where they served as Principal Account Manager, Director of Program Management, and Director of Program Management in Sales Operations and Product Development. Ray was dedicated to helping Calix customers succeed in the broadband access marketplace. In 2020, Ray joined AHS Development Corp as a Principal, where they served as an investor and project management consultant for affordable housing developments in Los Angeles. Ray efficiently led teams through the design and entitlement process and implemented construction project management processes. Currently, Ray works as a National Account Manager at Positron, where they manage national accounts.

Ray Sutton earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, which they attended from 1981 to 1984. Ray then pursued a Master's degree in Digital Signal Processing at the University of Southern California, completing it from 1984 to 1986.
