Gabi Gega Balun

Gabi Gega Balun has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and industries. Most recently, Gabi worked as the Sales Director at Poslovna Inteligencija starting in 2022. Prior to that, in 2021, Gabi founded and served as the Director of The Red Force d.o.o. and as the CEO of SV Group d.o.o. Gabi's experience also includes working as the Head of IT Infrastructure at Zagrebačka banka from 2018 to 2021. Before that, Gabi had a lengthy tenure at IBM Croatia, where Gabi held various roles such as System and Technology Group Manager and Key Account Manager. The earliest entry in Gabi's work experience is as a Sales and Solution Specialist at CADCAM Design Center from 1994 to 1997. Gabi also spent several years at Microsoft as a Sales Services Executive and a member of the Leadership Team. Throughout Gabi's career, they have demonstrated expertise in sales, leadership, team management, and building strong relationships with clients and partners.

Gabi Gega Balun has a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the FER Faculty at the University of Zagreb, Croatia. In 2017, Gabi completed the Mini MBA Program from PWC Academy in Business Administration and Management. In 2019, Gabi attended the MIT Sloan School of Management for the Executive Program in Cybersecurity. In terms of certifications, Gabi obtained the Certification in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) from Cybrary in 2021 and a Human Resource Management certification from the International Business Management Institute (IBMI) in 2020. Other certifications include Change Management, Leadership and Team Development, and the PwC Mini MBA.
