BERYL GRACE JAMONONG

Beryl Grace Jamonong has been working in customer service since 2013. BERYL GRACE began their career at Convergys as a CSR and customer service representative. In 2015, they moved to Applied Balance Media Inc. as a Customer Service Representative. From 2016 to 2021, they worked at ECE Consulting Group as a Customer Service Representative, where they addressed customers' concerns for their packages and shipments, provided timely resolutions for delayed shipment, missing packages, and payments, processed refunds and credits, and provided membership and shipping discounts. Currently, they are employed at Possible as a Customer Service Associate.

Beryl Grace Jamonong attended Colegio San Agustin-Bacolod from 2005 to 2009 and obtained a BS in Nursing.
