Noel D has been working in the customer service industry since 2011. They started as a Content Editor at SPi Global, then moved to SPi CRM as a Customer Service Representative in 2017. In 2018, they joined ECE Consulting Group as a Tier 2 Email/Chat Support | Subject Matter Expert. Most recently, in 2020, they became a Customer Success Associate at Possible.
