Garret Brouwer

Garret Brouwer serves as the Deputy General Counsel at Post Brothers since November 2021, having previously held the position of Corporate Counsel where Garret managed legal aspects for retail and office portfolios. Brouwer's expertise spans significant transactions, including co-leading the closing of a $300 million refinance and the development of major agreements in real estate. Prior experiences include working as Corporate Counsel at CubeSmart, where Garret oversaw law compliance and contract negotiations for a multi-billion-dollar REIT, and as an Associate Attorney at Salzmann Hughes, PC, focusing on corporate and real estate issues. Brouwer holds a J.D. from Pennsylvania State University - Dickinson School of Law and a degree in History from Auburn University.
