Mindy Parkkonen

Mindy Parkkonen, PHR, is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Post Consumer Brands since October 2018, Mindy provides comprehensive HR support in recruitment, training, employee relations, compensation, and HRIS management. Prior to this, Mindy held the position of Human Resources Manager at Lowe's Companies, Inc., where responsibilities included driving human capital initiatives and enhancing employee engagement. Mindy also gained valuable experience as a Human Resource Generalist at Pacific Cheese Co. and Applied Business Solutions, and as a Personnel Coordinator at Lithia Motors, focusing on hiring and recruitment processes. Mindy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management, specializing in Human Resources, from the University of Nevada—Reno.
