Neil Zaporski

Neil Zaporski is an accomplished packaging development professional with extensive experience in managing packaging solutions from design through commercialization across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Scientist at Post Consumer Brands, Neil provides expertise in wet pet packaging and utilizes CQV and Stage Gate processes. Previous roles include Packaging Engineering Manager at Phillips Distilling Company and Jack Link's Protein Snacks, where Neil oversaw department goals and led packaging design and testing initiatives. Additional experience spans positions at SC Johnson, Keurig Green Mountain, General Mills, Kimberly-Clark, and Harley-Davidson Motor Company, highlighting skills in project management, resource planning, and team development. Neil holds a Master of Science in Managing Innovation and Information Technology from Champlain College and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology - Packaging from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
