Davyd Nash currently serves as the Head of Product Delivery at Post Office Ltd since September 2016, following a long tenure at Post Office where various roles included Senior Category Manager for Premium Mails, Senior Small Business Propositions Manager, and several senior product management positions. With extensive experience in profit and loss responsibility and a strong focus on customer journey improvement, Davyd has overseen significant marketing budgets and revenue targets in the premium parcels and mails category, amounting to approximately £400 million. Prior experience includes a range of operational and customer service roles at Royal Mail, complemented by academic achievements in Professional Management and Marketing from The Open University.
