Paul Liddiard

Paul Liddiard is an experienced professional in operational design and business analysis, currently serving as the Head of Postmaster Remuneration Development at Post Office Ltd since July 2021. Prior to this, Paul spent over two decades at Royal Mail, where roles included Head of Network Design, responsible for future distribution network design and operational strategies, and Head of Strategic Insight and Analysis, leading a team that produced critical business analysis. Notable achievements include creating the Delivery to Specification mechanism, optimizing delivery operations through automation. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mathematics from Royal Holloway, University of London, and completed A-Levels in Maths, Physics, and Chemistry at Havant Sixth Form College.
