Germaine Esquivel

Germaine Esquivel is an experienced professional in the hospitality and community service sectors, currently serving as the Sierra Mar Restaurant Manager at Post Ranch Inn since September 2022. With a longstanding commitment to education and leadership, Germaine has acted as the Program Coordinator and Facilitator for the Women's Educational Leadership Institute at the Hartnell College Foundation since April 2014, providing vital support and skills development for young scholars in Monterey County.
