Mona Gisler

Mona Gisler (Hood) is an accomplished financial executive currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Post Investment Group since January 2024. With extensive experience in leadership roles, Mona has been a member of the Board of Directors for Mission Aviation Fellowship since 2019 and an Audit Committee Member for SCI-Arc since 2007. Prior to these positions, Mona held various senior roles at Douglas Emmett from 2014 to January 2024, including Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Reporting and Processes. Mona started their career at Deloitte, where tenure spanned nearly two decades, culminating in a Partner position. Mona holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from California State University-Long Beach, which was earned between 1991 and 1995.
